Sales and Product Trainer

What will be your role as Sales and Product Trainer?

  • Your main responsibility is enable our distributor to be professional and self-reliant in their sales and customer activities by creating and delivery a system of product and sales trainings
  • The role is part of sales and marketing team structure, reporting into CCO, with a close interface to Product Management and Service departments
  • Within your area of responsibility, main tasks are:
    • Work with sales and service team to create a concept and annual schedule of sales trainings, aligning where needed to service and technical trainings
    • Create and keep revising all relevant training materials for in-person as well as remote trainings: presentations, paper and video tutorials, hand out materials, train-the-trainer materials, etc.
    • Deliver sales and product trainings, within the annual plan, as well as based on the individual needs of each current and new distributor, at the AgXeed HQ location, remote or at the distributor/customer location if needed
    • Establish all relevant contacts within AgXeed distributors with the aim to grow their internal AgXeed competence centres and encourage train-the-trainer approach
    • In the marketing area, contribute to the relevant content development (ex, customer case studies, FAQ, customer reference visits, update to the product benefit communication materials)

  • Discipline, reliability and attention to details in planning and execution
  • Affinity to machinery and software, keeping him/herself up to date with the industry trends and novelties
  • English full professional proficiency, additional German, French or Dutch is a plus
